The Wedding Portrait

Katie has been a dear friend to me since we were in a funny little musical together in high school.

I never imagined that this beautiful couple would get married so quickly into their relationship, but with a beautiful little boy, they wanted to be a family under God, and under God's name they had their beautiful ceremony in which I was very blessed to attend, on October the 7th, 2017.

It had just turned out to be good luck, really, that one of my best friends was getting married when I had an assignment like this due, so I asked Nik and Katie if they would like to put on their Wedding attire again, and they very graciously obliged.

It was a very cold and rainy day, unlike their beautiful, hot wedding day, which I found to be quite ironic, but nonetheless, doing this mini session was quite the experience, and I am very grateful that my first time shooting a Bride and Groom was this lovely couple.
